The package combines practical support with a publicly recognised Quality Mark, which has been developed in partnership with the Regulator and acknowledges good customer service and safe working practices.
The package and Quality Mark is renewed annually to ensure practices are current and comply with the latest legal requirements.
The Service comprises:
- A comprehensive diagnostic review of the business's policies, procedures, risk assessment, management arrangements, documents and working practices on site. The diagnostic is tailored to the type of business and their pertaining legal requirements.
- Findings cross referenced to Be Assured Accredited when sufficient evidence.
- Set of recommendations drawn up for the business to action.
- Access to advice, guidance, legal updates and quarterly newsletter.
- Consultancy support to facilitate/carry out the recommendations identified or provide an internal audit function during the year.
Achievement of Be Assured Quality Mark represents:
