Since January 2006 the law requires all food businesses to have a documented system to show they produce food safely.
To help you meet your legal responsibilities, we are providing:
- a free seminar to show you a food safety system that has been developed by the Food Standards Agency.
- a free pack explaining the system.
- a free follow up coaching session at your premises to assist you to put the system in place.
- an interpreter service is available on request for support at the seminar and coaching session.
We are running seminars across the Greater Manchester area, plus Warrington and Blackburn with Darwen local authority areas.
