Energy Performance Certificates
The Energy Performance in Buildings Directive came into force from 1 October 2008 across England & Wales. From this date all domestic and non domestic buildings which are: • Constructed • Sold • Let are required to have an Energy Performance Certificate, which is made available to the proposed purchaser or tenant.
